A full inch blade, dark as night: blued carbon steel 1.2210, square point, wedge-shaped spine, concave profile (full hollow) and thumb notch. Handle scales made of smoked oak. On the back, the excerpt “The Man in the Arena” from Roosevelt’s speech is engraved.

An 8/8" blade demands courage – and symbolizes just that. The lion engraving symbolizes determination; the back features the famous excerpt from “The Man in the Arena”. The heavy blade weight ensures smooth guidance and a particularly rich shaving experience, even with thick beard growth. The smoked oak gives the razor a warm, natural feel and a distinctive look.

Technical Data:

Application and Care:

1. Strop on a leather strop before each shave.
2. Prepare with warm water/pre-shave and lather; shallow angle (~30°), minimal pressure.
3. Rinse after use, dry completely; lightly oil carbon steel for longer storage.
4. Store dry; protect wooden scales from standing moisture and aggressive cleaners.
