Application

• Can be used dry or wet – depending on desired intensity
• Hold the strap at both ends, start at the legs and slowly work your way up
• Make circular movements on particularly rough areas such as elbows, knees, and thighs

• After use, rinse thoroughly with warm water and let dry in a well-ventilated area
